Craig has been a Minnesota Realtor® for over 25 years exclusively working with REO properties and providing quality service to over 50 of the nation's top lenders and asset management companies. Craig serves the 7 county metro area of Minneapolis and St. Paul as well as many out state areas. His knowledge of REO laws and process is beneficial in all areas and aspects of the foreclosure process including:

• Evictions, lockouts and cash-for-keys agreements

• Occupancy checks and property inspections

• Complete and accurate BPO's

• Rekeying and all types of property preservation

• Offer negotiations and closing coordinator

Craig currently has a staff of 14 which includes property preservation, offer negotiations, accounting, closing coordinator, buyer’s agents and field agents.

Craig holds the designations of Realtor®, CRS and GRI. He is currently the Master Broker of the Minnesota Chapter of the NRBA.com, a member of REOMAC, REObroker.com, REOconnection and MinnesotaREO.com. Craig is a co-founder of this group of five REO experts.
